We want every purchase from MY-IVVI eParts & Gear to be a perfect fit. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll help make it right quickly and professionally.

Return Period

Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Electrical components, special orders, or clearance items are final sale unless defective.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all labels.
  • Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  • Returns without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If we shipped the wrong or defective item, we’ll cover return postage.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable method; MY-IVVI is not liable for lost parcels in transit.

Fitment & Warranty

Always confirm vehicle compatibility (Year/Make/Model/Submodel) before purchase. We’re happy to verify fitment before you order. Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty — we’ll assist with claims when needed.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our team at [email protected] with your Order # and reason.
  2. We’ll send a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back securely with your RMA number inside the package.
