By using eparts.my-ivvi.ca or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Role as a Marketplace

MY-IVVI eParts & Gear connects customers with independent vendors and manufacturers of RV, marine, auto, and outdoor products. We facilitate orders and payments, but certain items ship directly from vendors.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Product Information & Fitment

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every listing is error-free. Fitment guides (YMM/YMN) are for reference only — always verify using VIN and manufacturer notes.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Errors

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

5. Orders, Acceptance & Payment

Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation. We may cancel orders for fraud prevention or inventory issues.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available only for approved addresses and carrier methods. Unpaid COD orders may incur restocking fees.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

9. Warranties & Defective Goods

Warranty coverage is provided by the original manufacturer unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY-IVVI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or business.

11. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Website or attempt to breach security features.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the Ontario courts.

14. Changes to These Terms
