Order Processing Time

  • During sales or peak seasons, preparation may take up to 3 business days.

Tracking & Notifications

When your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number. You can also track shipments from your MY-IVVI account dashboard.

Local Pickup (Mississauga)

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our warehouse.
  • Pickup orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
  • Bring your order confirmation and a matching photo ID.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, remote locations, carrier backlogs, or peak-season volumes. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. We’ll always help investigate carrier issues.
